Hello,
I am curious how I can go about getting a refund for purchasing BF4. The issue is that, regardless of my excessive requirements to play the game, it does not run. The game takes too long to load and then suffers increidbly low frame rates regardless of my steps taken to avert this. I have re-installed graphics drivers and origin to no avail.
Now, I would just like to get my money back for being hustled. I would appreciate any reply.

The game is unplayable and EA Support is like talking to a kid [Comment Removed - Admin.] about Theoretical Physicis. I MIGHT be inclinded to purchase it for PS4 if you can stop wearing your [Comment Removed - Admin.] but $60 for a unfinished game that doens't port over to PS4 from PS3 is not accpetable.

I am with you on this one, I haven't been able to play this game or launch a multiplay at all. Cannot connect, ive never been this disappointed in a game considering I bought a new laptop for this game and nothing....... I would love to have a refund as well, unlikely but I hope so. This game is the last straw for EA games for me. There has been nothing but frustration when you spend good money to get something you cant even play and Im a fan of the BF series too...

I just paid £94.02 fopr BF4 premium plus ultimate unlock packs last week, 3+ hours trying to play and I've had it all freezing (and rarely recovering), CTD, BSOD, even a memory crashdump!
Not even completed 1 online game in all that effort!
Same old same old with EA, non-existant support, no news updates for narked off customers.
As a result I'm waiting to connect to an Advisor so I can get a full refund and request they delete my Origin account completely.
I'm sick to death of EA releasing unfinished, glitchy games and then telling everyone it's their hardware at fault and to turn off crossfire etc. ESPECIALLY when EVERY other title I own, from EVERY other publuisher works just fine.
Disguted ex EA consumer!
