Video card stops sending signal to screen upon exiting a BF4 server?

My Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 video card stops sending signals to my screen when leaving a BF4 server. I get a black screen and I hear the fans go to high up on the video card. I am operating with 359.0 drivers. I have to reboot my computer to solve the issue.
