Unable to play BF4 after installation from cd and online

To Officer In Charge,

I and some of my friends facing same problem after buying the game of BF4, I did try to install by cd and online and also do a requirement test for my system to work for the game but after the system check, the result show that I do meet all the requirement to play for BF4. But too bad I still cant get to play multiplayer or campaign. Hope someone could help me solve the problem ASAP.

I am having the same problem I have installed the game and then when I click on a server it just sees loading server in the blue bar at bottom of screen I left it for up to 30 mins and nothing changed and then when I try play offline (campaign) its like the [play] button doesn't do anything just clicks and nothing happens.
I've uninstalld and tryd again but still same thing the game wont boot up  id really like this resolved.
