I tried to buy premium today and it did not work.
Somehow EA is no longer acepting my credit card.
I get this erro "We're unable to process your payment right now. Use a different payment method or try again later.[ref. #10048]"
So i try using another payment method: Paypal
Now it tells me i already own the item and i can't buy it twice
What do i do now?

My billing information has been the same since the day i registered it with my credit card
I have bought many games on origin with my credit card before this situation ocured
It is now 8 hours i have waited for a response from EA Game Advisor
I have done step 8 & 9 as you suggested
and the response is always the same from both the webstore and the origin app

From doing some research myself i have concluded that no help will come to my avail
This issue seems to arise from an area in which no one here has the power to resolve it
I appreciate the help that was given

I did that at 11.am and am still waiting
Its 5.40pm and still no replay
They said 6min averege wait time

You must save your billing information to your account, to make any new purchase in the new Origin store.
If you do not know how to do this, follow this steps:
1.Go to Origin.
2.Log with your account.
3.Press Origin, in the top right corner.
4.Press "Account and Privacy".
5.Press "Payment and Shipping".
6.Press "Add Payment Method" and add your method of payment (fill out all the slots) and save.
7.Press "Add Shipping Address" and add your address (fill out all the slots) and save.
8.After you are done, first empty your basked and re-start origin.
9.Make the purchase.
If it still does not work, re-install origin and try the web store.

I have the smae error, and have tried the steps listed to resolve, no good.
Also have tried credit card & PayPal.
You think it would be important to Origin to assist with people trying to make a purchase?
I never have trouble like this with Steam.
