USB Mic VOIP Issue

★★★ Newbie

I am using a EKSA E1000 Headset/Mic which uses a USB connection to my PC. The issue I am having is being unable to speak to my teammates in my squad while playing. I can see the "mic" icon next to their names and can hear them when they speak. The mic icon is next to my name too by nothing comes through my mic. I have tried running the "DirectX" program in the BF4 files like some have suggested but it did not help or change anything. I have even done surface level and deep dive searches in my computer, including going through the configurations. Nothing is wrong with my mic from what I found; as with many other similar or new title games, I have no mic related issues. I really enjoy BF4 and similar titles to it but the mic issues take away from the immersion and team aspect I love. Frown

*Again, my mic is a USB type connection to my PC and the DirectX Application did not help.

Any help would be appreciated
