two choices is fix it yourself or wait for a patch from EA,same issue for BF3,Live chat not much help at the moment,too busy,waiting time is not 5 min but 1 hour

Well your stating that my issue is a directx related one but i did the solution in the video and it didnt help. Also i reinstalled it and it said my version was current or more up to date. So unless directx has another way that its related to the game then my issue may not lie with it.

well i tried installing the beta drivers for my geforce card and that didnt work, as i stated before i did what it said to do in one of those links that didnt help either
