Transfering data on battlefield

I am a xbox360 premium player and I want to upgrade to a ps4 or xbox1. Can I transfer my stats and unlocks onto a next gen console.

It only works like this

PS3 > PS4 

Xbox 330 > Xbox One

It cannot go cross platform like 360 to PS4
