Transfer bf4 stats from ps3 to ps4 did not work

I bought a new PS4 today and a BF4 disc, orded ps+, installed the game and all the dlc and premium. 

Signed in with the same PSN acoount from PS3.

I DID NOT GET THE QUESTION TO TRANFER MY BF4 STATS FROM PS3 TO PS4 ??????

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???

i DONT WANT TO START ALL OVER AGAIN, SPENT 2000 HOURS, GOT 640 DOGTAGS COLLECTED...

HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS? 

my soldier is Rokus-NL

There is a possible workaround available.  Give it a try.

1. Sign out of your PSN ID and sign in as Guest
2. Start Battlefield 4 and go to main menu
3. Hit the PS Button to go to the dashboard and sign into your PSN Account
4. Go back into Battlefield 4 (It may say to reconnect controller)
5. Hit the PS Button > Dashboard, go to the Guest account and Sign Out
6. Re-open Battlefield 4 and choose your soldier
7. If it gets stuck on loading for a min or two, Close the Application and then open Battlefield 4 back up
8. You should now see the prompt

Post back and let me know if you did receive the prompt now or not.

This issued has popped up lately, especially over on the Battlelog forums.  I have passed this issue up to my superiors and the issue is getting looked at.

Just gonna have to have some patience on the matter.

I am really disappionted if i must do all the hard work again...

So for now i can play but it will be solved in future so 2200 hours of stats will be transfered in time?

I would advise you don't play a single round.  If you start ranking up, there is nothing that can be done to transfer at that point.

I think it is a bit to late because of have played a round...so as all the other players who suffers from this bug.

Does test range count as well, if you have the same problem?

Um . SOMETHING is going to have to be done . I did not upgrade platforms to be punished . That is ridiculous . When this is fixed , if ea decides to not give us our stats , I am going to need 100 200% xp boost .
