Temporarily Blocked From Access Online For No Reason? HELP!

Hello. I just got  temporarily blocked from access online, and now my stats are being reset? I think when I killed 4 people or 5 In a row with a Type 88 LMG I think that they reported me "hacking".  I don't hack in any games at all, I got was a reason of  "Stated Reason: 1 Week Suspension - LvL3 Monitoring" (We have temporarily blocked your access to the online gameplay portion of Battlefield 4 for 1 week (168 hours) and your stats have been reset) I mean all my hard work Is now gone because people thought that I was some sort of hacker trying to take out the fun In the game? I don't use any of these software's aimbots, wallhacks, and other similar cheats.  

You may have violated the Terms of Service if, as determined by EA in its sole discretion, you:

• Promote, encourage, or take part in any activity involving hacking, cracking, phishing, taking advantage of exploits or cheats and/or distribution of counterfeit software and/or virtual currency or items.

Examples of such behavior in Battlefield 4 include, but are not limited  to:

• Use of third-party software, such as aimbots, wallhacks, and other similar cheats in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players
• Abuse of game features in an unintended manner to stack on scores in an artificial manner--also known as "stat padding."

Please I really don't want this I haven't done anything wrong.

Fairfight has banned you. Fairfight doesn't ban because people report you, it's a server-side real-time detection tool - if you do stats padding or your last 100 shots were head-shots it will notice and perhaps take action.

Answer HQ cannot handle bans. We don't have access to your account - we can't look into any specific cases. All we can do in here is link to your options.

Something is definitely wrong with Fairfight. I once was a gaming addict going back to titles such as battlefield series , Tom clancy games, rogue spears , ravenshield etc etc.  All my years of gaming i have never thought of, attempted or have been accused of cheating.  Defeats the purpose of gaming, the challenge.  I part time game now on a leisurely basis.  This past weekend 3 mins into a game with a score of 300, i was disconnected with the fairfight disconnection message, i checked my email for further information on my account.  EA accused me of cheating, which is defamation of character without any proof, just the generic scripted response from the support team.  It is useless to contact their support, it appears they do not comprehend any form of communication sent to them. And just respond with generic script.  Do yourself a favor, switch to other gaming titles.. .. I'll be going back to Ravenshield myself.  I will no longer support a company with such poor support for their consumers. And to accuse legitimate dedicated gamers of such actions is really a big mistake on their part.
