TV Missile Bug

I've been experiencing a bug where when using the TV missile in the attack jets, the missile does not start from where the sight is pointing but instead completely horizontal out of camera view. Attached is a YouTube video depicting this (it's not my video but it accurately illustrates the problem). I'm on the PC version but I've heard about it happening on other platforms. Also the jet still randomly explodes after using the TV missile on the Training Range. These problems were reported over a year ago... this is unexcusable.
