Syncing data for battlefield 4 failure xbox one

So im on my xbox one and decide to play bf4. The xbox pops up a screen that reads "syncing data for battlefield 4". Next it pops up a scrren that reads "we couldn't fet your latest saved data" and " try again or use this game or app offline". I have tried repeatedly, shut the xbox completley off and it still persists. Any suggestions or anyone else having this problem?

This problem has been going around, and I personally had to deal with it myself on my Xbox One. The way I resolved it was by selecting "Use Offline". Selecting to play the game offline has no effect on your connection to multiplayer (for some reason). I spoke to some friends as well and they all told me they were experiencing this problem as well, so I believe it's an issue on Xbox's side.

@apollov7 you get..system..storage..select clear local..xbox turns off then on..sync data..re loads..it works ok then
