Stats Refresh

All of my stats have refreshed??? I still have my guns, but I got a service star after I fixed it (from another time, from closing Batllefield and turning it on again),went to check it, and it wasn't there. Then I check my K.D ratio and my hours played. Both at 0. So naturally I closed the app and opened it again like last time. Nothing happened. And again. And again. Still nothing. But I haven't got a message that I was hacking (rightfully so haha) and I'm very confused? Plz reply. Tks

@MichaelD150X For anyone to help you what do you game on PC or console and if console what kind? On Pc I have seen battlelog go to zero on my own profile but it does come back with my states,it just a bug I have seen a few times over the years.
