Spinning Glitch

I walk few steps and suddenly i start spinning. 

I play on laptop and i use external mouse and keyboard

@EA_Atic i have nothing connected to my desktop except my headset mouse and Keyboard. i have Unplugged Both, Replaced Both, and GOne so far as to buy a new Desktop computer. the problem persists. If i could get a little help as well please and thank you i would be very appreciative. Here is my Dxdiag info maybe this will help?

@bikercal Try turning off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
