Soldier Portraits not linking to Battlelog help

So every now and then when I open a battlepack I unlock some new soldier portraits. When I log onto battlelog to customize/change it, none of them appear. This has been going on since I got the game and bought premium which also the premium portraits don't even appear. It may seem like its not a big deal,but what's the point of unlocking these if I can't even use them? I'd much rather get something I can use. I've already talking to someone using the live chat and they said to post the issue on the forums. Well here is the issue. How can I resolve this?

Are you on console, and if so have you linked your Xbox or PSN ID's with your Origin account?
