Server not displayed in Rent a Server menu.

I am an admin for a server "Back to Basics.. sqdm..." which is no longer displaying in the Rent a Server menu. The subscription is still active and I am still in the owners admin list. The owner is also having a problem viewing the player list when the lobby has players in it.
