Server browser won't show score

I noticed about a week or so ago, that the Battlelog server browser page does not anymore show the score for currently selected server under "Join server"and "commander" buttons. Instead it shows: 

"Encountered an unknown error."

I am using up-to-date Google Chrome (Version 33.0.1750.146 m), and had that score frame working fine until recently.

Computer has been restarted several times during these weeks, but still Chrom doesn't display score.

On Full server info page, it doesn't show any player list with error:

FAILED TO FETCH PLAYERS ON SERVER

But this was the same since I bought BF4 on SOME servers. Now it is on all.

I've verified that this is happening on all three as well. So you see the page preview say "Encountered an unknown error" on the ticket count, and then in the actual server page the player list says "Failed to fetch players on server"

I'll report it up and hopefully ESN can fix it.

OP does it also happen when you use another browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer?

Yes, happens also wth Internet Explorer (v11, updated automatically). Don't have Firefox or other browsers.

At some point today I got the download option at top of screen in Battlelog to download update to my browser plugin and now everything seems to work fine.

HI This one is back and I have this problem now even in 2018. Was there ever a solution? Cannot find one.
