Server Banner still not uploading

why are server banners still not being uploaded? this has been a problem for more than 6 months, nobody in dice working with this? some of us has used a long time making them why does not dice do a affert to fix this? is this a problem on ps4 servers to? our servers are on ps3 but we just phurcusted 1 on ps4 recently.

contact a game adviser here http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=battlefield-4 choose topic 'general tech support' and ask them to restart your server for you. sometimes this works and sometimes it doesnt i believe they will say it may take an hour before you should play on it. also after the restart try to reapply the server banner. hope this helps!
