Scaremongering yet frequent DDOS and/or disconnection on Asia servers [ Edited ]

been playing for approximately 2 months, got this frequently. The players are disconnected one by one, players are shrinkin' in numbers. I also get the sh*tty & classic "UDP Port Opened" message when entering already crowded servers on worldwide servers. who's at fault on this? EA or the server owner?
