Battlefield is unplayable with SLI enabled, i get between 15 and 25 fps.

ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 (Socket 942) 

AMD FX-8350 Vishera 32nm Technology @ 4,01 GHz 
32,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 2383,8MHz 
BenQ XL2420T (1920x1080@120Hz) 
2048MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 OC edition x2 in SLI 
117GB OCZ-VERTEX2 ATA Device (SATA-SSD) Operating System. 
1TB Samsung 840 EVO (SATA-SSD) Programs and all other stuff. 
Sound Blaster SB Recon3D PCIe 
Steelseries Sensei Mouse 
Roccat Kave 5.1 Surround Headset 
Chieftech Nitro 85 1200W/15A PSU 
Windows 8.1 Home

As your cards are running with an overclocked GPU speed, have you tried to reduce the clock speed of your cards both the the factory default? It might help to solve your SLI performance issues.

it probably has something to do with direct x is why they haven't
