REASON FOR ULTRA LAG!

 

I noticed that BF4 somehow limits the maximum network downstream to 15kbyte/s. I can clearly see on my networkmonitor that BF4 or the server is limiting the bandwidth. When more and more players start to get on the screen the downstream starts to climb up to 15 kbyte/s. At the moment it hits this mark the ultra lag starts to happen. The downstream does not really get any higher than that. If even more players start to get on the screen, the lag get even worse.

 

Im on a 150MBit/s connection with +18MByte/s downstream so my connection is not limiting at all. Is there any console setting to disable this limiter? I know the Source Engine has the "rate" command for that.
