Random PunkBuster bann.

So about a weak ago PunkBuster decided my Friend was aimbotting and banned them for life.

they didn't touch any of the game files and all of us know they don't cheat, they camp on stairs, 1 K/D and misses 85% of there shots. When looking at their account on bf4db or 24/7fairplay there is no suspicion of them cheating ( 0% )

In between the time they have been banned they've done nothing to there laptop and played on two friend accounts that were given to them, but no ban???

We've gotten them to send a email to PunkBuster but no reply yet, they're getting quite annoyed and planning on buying another account, Im just trying this as a last resort so they can save over 1600 hours of their life from going to waste.

Sadly, Ea can't do nothing about Punkbuster Bans, since it's a third-party software not affiliated with Ea. 

Your friends will have to keep appealing directly to punkbuster if they want their bans lifted.
