R12 Server Patch: Lag Spikes and Disconnects

Ok, so since the R12 server patch I am now experiencing major lag spikes and silently being booted out of the game. Sometimes on trying to reconnect I will be told that my connection to the server has timed out.

My connection is stable throughout, fiber 60mb down 20mb up. Hardware wise there are no performance issues, running on a GTX 780 with a 4770k.

Anyone else experiencing this? Game is currently unplayable (again).

I'm experiencing the same issues that the patch says it's fixing.
