Question about Battlefield 4 Premium

Greetings.

I have a question about Battlefield™ 4 Premium. In Origin's launcher, "Battlefield™ 4 Premium" is in sale at $9.99USD. However there is also "Suscription to Battlefield™ 4 Premium" wich is at $39.99USD. My question is, which is the difference between these two?

I already own standard edition of Battlefield™ 4. If I buy "Battlefield™ 4 Premium" at $9.99USD, can I get the Premium status and play all the DLCs?

Yes you can get access to all dlcs If yo buy the 9.99$ Battlefield premium.

If you can look at the two and they might give you a a description, My guess one is Premium and the other is Premium and probably with the weapon bundles so you can have them unlocked without the hassle of trying to rank up as fast to do so.
