PunkBuster Kicking, Random Dissconnecting.

Being kicked constantly from PunkBuster.

I have run a virus/malware every scan. I have no virus or anything of the sort. I now have a different error now.

Error where it asks me to check my connection to make sure port 3659 UDP port. 

I used to run Battlefield 4 fine, now i have issues. Why?

Have you tried re-installing punkbuster?

I was running BF4 fine, never had a single problem like this. I reinstalled windows and reinstalled BF4 and now ALL USA servers do this to me. I can join Antarctica and Europe servers fine but with lag. I have tried every single fix on the first 5 pages on google for this problem. someone help.
