PunkBuster Global banned for no reason, have not hacked, never will [ Edited ]

Hello, I have spent over $200 on BF3 and BF4 and now have gotten a PB Global ban for no reason, I was wondering since my account is completely(removed- please dont bypass the filter)now, can EA provide me with a new account and copy my stats over? I have BF3 and premium and BF4 and premium, you should see why I am pissed off...
