Product key aditional content already used ?

After I installed battlefield 4 it seems that the additional content was already activated, after I followed all steps I tried activating it on origin instead of the www.battlefield.com link which said it was already used , I find this weird id like to receive the extra content if possible you can contact me for the codes of battlefield and the extra content .

7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.
