Premium isn't working

Battlefield 4 won't recognize that I have the premium pass and I've tried everything reinstalling the game,clearing alternate MAC address,and resetting my console to factory defaults, any help?

Thank you for the update, it looks like this might be an issue with the Anniversary Bundle. Just so that we're checking the right account, are you playing on the gamertag that references punching? If not can you PM me your gamertag or post it here if you're OK with it being public?

I bought it as part of the battlefield anniversary edition and I do have access to the expansions
