Please help...upgrading from ps3 to ps4 and want my progress transferred [ Edited ]

I have been playing bf4 on my ps3 and I'm buying a ps4 tomorrow. I don't want to lose any of my unlocks/progress. Will everything transfer through battlelog ID?

When I bought the game at GameStop for ps3, they told me that I could upgrade to ps4 for 10 dollars digital, but I can't find my receipt and I think it had a code on it or something.

I'm also a premium member. Will that transfer as well?

Will I lose everything if I just by the ps4 disc?
