Player data to another origin account

Is it possible to take my current player data to another cd key with a different origin account? 
If possible is there a way how? PC to PC btw.

You need to contact EA Help at http://help.ea.com/en/battlefield/battlefield-4/ and speak with a Game Advisor either via Chat or a number that they can call you back at. They will need to merge account. I don't think there is a way (without merging) transfer one account to another.
