Phantom Program lost progress. [ Edited ]

I am trying to complete "Phantom Program Phase Two: Phantom Trainee", but I encountered some problems.

As shown in the picture, the third task "Get 2x Shotgun Ribbons in a round" can not be completed. Although I have obtained 2 or more Shotgun Ribbons in a single round, the progress of the task will not increase.

The server I play is official and ranked.

Am I doing something wrong?

I finished "Get 2x Shotgun Ribbons in a round".
It seems that you need to complete "Score 200 kills with pistol" and "Score 20 kill in a jet" before you can start accumulating "Get 2x Shotgun Ribbons in a round" progress.
