[PS4] Second Assault DLC not working

So i downloaded the second assault dlc from ps store yesterday as it was free. I dont have premium, my disc is region 4 so i downloaded the dlc from an australian account.
It finished downloading, installed successfully, but when i started the game it showed that i dont have the dlc and asked me to "buy dlc" each time i selected a server running second assault maps.
I tried restarting the ps4, setting the account to primary and restoring license but still the same issue.
My game is up to date
Any thoughts on what's the problem and how to fix it?

Hey @zZCaptainMoeZz,

Is it possible that the servers you are trying to join are running DLC that you do not own? If this is the case, you won't be able to join the server without the required DLC.

If this isn't the case, I'd recommend trying to delete the Second Assault DLC and downloading it again.

im on ps3 and i have the same problem and i have no idea how to fix it, i download them and when i get on the game there not there, like i cant play them
