I am trying to play the Battlefield series on my new PC, I have the xbox gamepass ultimate which is supposed to include EA game pass, I am able to download Battlefield games and play them single player but when I try to play multiplayer it says "Failed to connect to EA online"....This happens with both Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1, I was going to DL Battlefield 2040whatever it but I'm not going to bother if I can't play it online.
I am launching the games though the EA app and I am logged it obviously when I launch the game, I don't see any options or settings in game that address this.
I have tried searching for a resolution and all I've found were lots of people having the same problem but none of their posts anywhere had any useful replies so I figured I'd post here.
I don't really get the point of having these games on game pass if they aren't able to played online, If that's the case I'm just going to end up deleting these games. I'd like not to because the only reason DL them in the first place was to play online.
Anyone have any suggestions?
