[PC] bf4 Locking up

First time starting up bf4 and i decided to put the setting on ultra. everything was fine until i realised my game stops for 1 sec every 2 minutes or so both on single and multiplayer. i tried running the game on low but that didn't help. I thought it was weird consdering i was getting 60fps+ all the time. any fixes?

2gb gtx 770 

8gb ram 

i5 4690k

That sounds like the Origin in game bug. To fix that please disable Origin in game by logging into Origin, in the upper left hand corner click on the word "Origin" in the menu, and then click on "Application Settings". Next go to the "Origin in game" tab and uncheck the "enable Origin in game" box
