[PC] Massive Lag Spikes

Hi, I just bought BF4 for PC and am using it instead of my 360 (for misc reasons) but I've been lagging pretty hard. Massive FPS spikes every five seconds. I am using an AMD Ghost 7850 with 8GB of RAM, and It doesn't matter If I use my defaults (Ultra) or low. I still get lag spikes on servers. The Testing Rang sis fine, so It must be something in the new patch. I am also experiencing it in my 360, but I get actual lag, not FPS spikes. Can you help me with my PC problem?
