PC Battlelog says I need to install China Rising. (DIFERENT POST)

Ok I downloaded the China Rising DLC and then I get a error message

BATTLEFIELD 4 - CHINA RISING YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THIS EXPANSION.

And it gives me the option to either Open In Origin or Retry, I already Bought china rising, already download it, but it keeps showing me that message, and the other threat that was exactly like this one isnt helping me ( http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/PC-Battlelog-says-I-need-to-install-China-Rising/m-p/1943937#... ), Any ideas????

I have overcome this problem by doing the following.....

Drink beer !

Seriously, the trick here is as follows.... at least it works for me.

Clean restart your pc.  Open origin.  Login.  Double click your bf4 icon.  In my case its the digital deluxe edition icon.  this then opens a browser window.  in the window display appropriate servers with a china rising map.  then launch.  this should work.

BUT.... i then fall foul of the next problem.  As soon as game start to load it crashes.  just plain and simple crashes.  no explanation.  just windows trying to find a solution.  good luck with that Microsoft.

Same here! I downloaded and installed it but still showing messagebox! Grrr!

The support team at EA did not help at all, Cia this time to sell and a wonder, however in time to take decent care and trash.

I regret having bought the game.

I finally got it to work.  Opened Origin as "Administrator".  Brought up the server browser and joined a China Rising server. Got the

Battlefield 4 - China Rising You need to download and install this expansion.  I clicked the "open in origin" and the download bar at the bottom began.  Only thing i did different from the 50 previous times was to run origin as administrator.  Good luck

Ran integrity check from origin on my battlefield files, nothing. As per 5slump, starting as Admin in my default browser allowed me to patch (4.5 gigs). See how it goes after the patch.. Hopefully not repeated crashing.

This worked. Previously it would occasionally try to start sometimes and crash, other times it gave me the error that I needed to install. Now it is working fine, aside from crashing between levels sometimes
