[PC]BF4 no start with Windows error about "ActivationUI.exe"

Hi all.

After the latest update, the attempt to access a game server, you get a Windows box with the inscription:
"ActivationUI.exe - Ordinal not found.
The ordinal 345 could not be found in the dynamic link library COMCTL32.dll." and the browser seems to continue loading the game but never comes to an end.
I have already tried:
* - Repair game by Origin
* - Sfc / scannow
* - Reinstall the VC folder BF4
* - Reinstall DX from folder BF4
* - Update complete with Windows 7 (Pro x64)

but none of these attempts has solved the problem.

What should I do ?

Sorry, guys ... no one has an idea on how to do or try to start again this game?
Or, is there any way to contact support official EA?
