[PC] BF4: Error report on exit

Recently when I exit BF4 online I get and error message "Battlefield 4 has stopped working", and windows error reporting information:

C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Temp\WER9251.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml
C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Temp\WERA797.tmp.appcompat.txt
C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Temp\WERA7E6.tmp.hdmp

Clicking OK or Cancel - BF4 exits to battlelog as usual.  There are no run time issues, game runs well, it's just annoying and makes me think something is not right.

WER9251.tmp.WERInternalMetadate.xml and WERA797.tmp.appcompat.txt did not seem to have any useful information.  I was not able to open WERA7E6.tmp.hdmp.

My system:

Gigabyte GS-990FXA-UD3

Amd FX-8350 8-core, 4000 Mhz

16 GB ram

AMD Radeon HD 6850

Windows 7 pro

I've run disk diagnostic which came up clean and sfc.exe which "repaired" some files requiring a restore from system image.

Also used Origin to repair BF4, it seemed to replace some files but made it through all the patches successfully.  Still error reports on exit.

Looks like a video driver issue. Is this a BF4 file or ATI/? No need to replace video driver if it's BF4's dll?
