Operation outbreak loading problem

Everytime I go to load operation outbreak I get stuck in the loading screen for the map and it never loads I have sat in front of my to for ten minutes waiting for it to load. It's not a connection problem because I have a strong connection where my ps4 is placed. I have downloaded both the map and the update but it doesn't work, does any know what is going on or can you help me? Thanks.

@Tomma145 have you already tried to delete all your game data on your console in order to re-install the game on your PS4 system?

it was loading problem ... now telling me to buy the content but completely free otherwise its already downloaded so what ido i am so tired from this

I have the same problem on PC. Is the solution you offered here the same for PC?
