On the battle log I click play now and nothing happens

I spent $140 on the game and it doesn't even work, I click play on bf4 in origin and it opens the battle log, I find a server I want to play on and click join and nothing happens I tried going into campaign and when I click play nothing happens or loads. PLEASE HELP!!
