Origin says: "The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code" even though i checked it 100 times, re-entered it and nothing changed. Is this because my physical copy of BF4 is really old and perhaps code doesnt work anymore? It doesn't even say that this code was used already.

What system are you trying to play on? Also, is this the same account you played BF4 on previously? I'm not seeing it as being played on this account before. You should only need to use the code once. The game is unlocked on your account once it's redeemed.
