No ping in Battlelog BF4

hello BF friends!
since a couple weeks my Battlelog bf4 don't show ping status from the gamelist anymore and when i want to start a game it redirect me to the "origin app" instead to start the EA app !
so its not possible for me to login a game anymore 
Anybody the same problem and what can you do about this issue?
is there a bugfix or a tool to repair it?
