Naval Strike disappeared.

I installed Naval Strike.  I played it for a few hours one day.  2 Days later, I open BF4 and try to get in a NS game.  It gives me the prompt to download the DLC as if I never installed it.  Then when I select NS to download it, it says I already own this and can access it in my games and apps section.  I go there and only find Second Strike and China rising.

The same thing happened to me but I had actually been playing for a while and had a couple unlocks.

Okay sign out of your XBL profile and reset your Xbox One, just press the XBox icon on your console for at least 10 seconds. Reboot and sign in again, head over to the XBL store and check if you are now able to re-download Naval Strike directly from the XBL store on your Xbox One dashboard.
