Multiplayer data loss, any fixes or help? [ Edited ]

Im playing BF4, finished a domination match, and then the screen goes black into an infinite loading screen. I decided to restart my xbox 360, and everything i had was gone, my entire soldier progress vanished, along with the campaign unlockables. I'm not sure if I want to go through all that trouble of leveling back up and playing through the campaign again. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Clear your cache on xbox and then restart BF4 this should fix the problem.

If this helps please give XP at bottom and click accept as solution.
