Maps won't load - stuck at infiniti loading screen

Does anyone know if clearing the cache on the Xbox 360 will stop the game from freezing?

Ea needs to do something to fix this, but its funny though because there's reports of cod ghost having similar issues to.

And I'm playing for hours and dawnbreaker comes up and game freezes.. Something wrong with that map.

my pc is well above the spec needed to run bf4 , but i get major lag , and untill last week i had slow server uploads , SO NOW FOR THE KILLER , i cant get into any server at all over the last week , i cant even get into single player mode ???????? we all know EA released bf4 early to get a run cod ghosts , we dont post on here for the fun of it , we post b,cos we to play "THE GAME CHANGER" which is what bf4 should be , if you want your maney back , you cant have it as EA has swallowed all of it up , i dont want my money back , i want to play the game , as i have with all battlefield games , SORT IT EA , DICE , ORIGIN , FROSTBITE AND AMD , you are affiliated to the BF family , of which all your gamers are your children

I'm having the exact same problem on my PC version. I log into battlelog and try to join a server, it's perminately stuck on the 'loading level' stage and will not progress. I once timed it to see if maybe I was just having a network hiccup. I waited on that screen for three hours, and nothing happened.

I have pre-ordered this game, the premium and I could only play 21 hours total, most of it was spent just trying to get into games. The best part? Every failed attempt still counts as 'entering' the game, so when which ever side I happen to be allocated to loses (this happens very often) I take a hit to my W/L ratio. I went from a 50% W/L to a 38% because I can't even join in the games to contribute.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

i have the same problem with pc but sometimes i join and i play but three quaters of the maps just freez in the loading screen.

specs:

gtx 760

i5 4570

msi z87-g45 mother board

Hi, does it actually freeze? Or does it just stop trying to load and close?

I get this sometimes too. Its random.

All I can suggest is this:

-make sure that you've updated your drivers to latest version

-Do a repair install of the game in Origin. In origin right click your game and from drop down choose repair install.

-Reinstall Punkbuster.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4 and select pbsv.exe . Choose 'reinstall'

-Disable Origin in game.
In Origin - Application settings - Origin in Game - disable Origin in game

i have a ps3 and whenever i load zavod 331 it just keeps on freezing tried many things and its driving me crazy selling not working products is illegal right?

i think the just want to f*ck us because they know they are the #1 shooter at this moment EA are just a bunch of kids that have no idea what they are doing they do not realize that this is a Milion or even a billion dolar industry so i say fix the problems before you bring the game out ore dont make it anyway

My problem: I get stuck on the loading screen or the game completetly frezzes when I try to join Flood Zone & Lancang Dam. This has been ongoing for about a month or so.

I went to EA and they told me to 

1. disconnect from the media server, go to the internet browser and delete cache, history, and authentication information. Then reset your ps3 and turn on the media server again from the network settings. 

This worked once, than the issue came back and stayed..

2 Than they tell me to uninstall the game and assure me, NO, they guarantee me that once I re install everything, everything will be fixed. Before I did all this I only had an issue with the Map Flood Zone.

The maps worked for a few hours, than the problem came back, but now Lancang Dam doesn't load either.

So in conclusion, EA doesn't know what the **bleep** to do about this so far.

I called them again, and they tell me these are the only two things that the "experts" could come up with, then they tell me they're going to transfer me to some specialist.. Than I'm on hold for about 20 minutes. The call suddenly drops, and they never call me back.

Black screen with white loading icon. This can be something about connection or log in issues I think. I never used console so if someone know anything with log in or connection solutions, post in this topic.

I just reinstalled the game for the second time. Still can't load these maps..

Hire some decent programmmers, you wanks. I know you **bleep** ain't broke.
