Logitech F310 Gamepad not working with BF4 PC

PC version of BF4 will not recognize my logitech F310 Gamepad.  All drivers are current and the F310 is functioning perfectly with all other games I have.  Just not BF4?

Please advise

Some games may not recognize the connected device as a controller.

Do you have other input devices plugged in at the same time such as a game pad? If you do unplug everything but the mouse, keyboard, and F310 and see if it works since sometimes multiple input devices conflict with one another. I had that problem in Dragon Age Inquisition and Dark Sould, and unplugging one device solved the problem.
