Loadout reset

Xbox one - Is there anyway I can get BF4 to remember the changes to my loadout? I have tried in-game and through battlelog but my changes never seem to save!

Have you already tried to reset your console (hold down your finger on the X1 icon on your console for at least 10 seconds) and to create a custom loadout via our Battlelog website?

I have tried all of the above. It has been a constant problem since I purchased the game and premium for the one.

Doing some trial runs with battlelog and the game and its seems like the game is resetting my loadouts not the battlelog. Please can you help me with this as I am getting really tired of it now!
