Latency Variation symbol in game [ Edited ]

Hi

When I turned on some network graphs, I see that my "LatVrtn" Latency Variation symbol in game goes up, causing my latency to go up, in turn, making me get a low ticket and lag like hell.  All works fine for almost 8 months.

How I can fix that . ???
