Kicked by punkbuster just purchased

I just bought and downloaded battlefield 4 and whenever I join a game it lets me play around for a bit then it kicks me from the game from punkbuster with no exact error message just says I've been kicked by punkbuster. Its completely allowed through my firewall and Ive manually updated and reinstalled it. Can someone please help.

If so "service keep stopping and is not continuously running"... then you can try to run the Game under clean boot:

Maybe some program(e.g. antivirus) is interfering with pb service...

thanks for trying to help but neither of these steps helped me it seems that while I'm in game the punkbuster service keep stopping and is not continuously running
