Were you kicked or banned? If kicked by Punkbuster then do the following: Help article about issues with punkbuster: https://help.ea.com/en/article/punkbuster-technical-issues/

You didn't post the whole of the conversation with evenbalance. Did they state a cheat had been detected on the specific GUID?

@yes_we_cann the EA Portion of your account issue has been solved, however the PB Ban can only be handled by Evenbalance - EA cannot do anything about your PB Ban so appealing it via Evenbalance is your only course of action.

EB says that I need a new CD KEY AND E NEW ACCOUNT.
Is this really correct that my 1000 hours of work is wasted. Is it not possible to bind a new BF4 to my account.
What if I buy BF5 will I still be banned?

You can't bind a new BF4, your stats are gone. They are tied to said GUID which is banned. just get a new BF4 key and account and start fresh. Really don't take that long to unlock and rank up now a days. They hand out XP Booster packs like mad.
Also you could file a request with anti-cheat to see if it can be dropped. But EA has zero control over your ban. Very rarely do peoples accounts get their banned removed.
