Joining/loading

Ya hi, I attempt to join a game, takes about 15-20 mins to load. If i load, i cant deploy, if i do deploy, after about 30 secs, I am holding no weapons except grenades. If i do get weapons, i get the elastic band affect the whole time. Yes, my punkbuster has been updated 50 %#$#$%$ing times.
